Provides a large free lending library of a variety of books in braille and other audio formats. Also offers free loan of playback equipment to eligible borrowers. Some materials in Spanish, French, German, and other languages. Digital audio books can be downloaded by registered borrowers with appropriate electronic devices.

NEW YORK STATE TALKING BOOK AND BRAILLE LIBRARY (TBBL)
Lends braille and recorded books and magazines, and the necessary equipment to play audio books, to residents of the 55 upstate counties of New York State who are unable to read standard printed materials because of a visual, physical, or reading disability. This is a joint effort of the New York State Library and the National Library of Congress.
