LEARNING EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE PARTNERSHIP (LEAP)

Provides learning, employment, assistance, and partnership programs to assist Washington County residents in meeting their efforts toward economic stability. Services include Head Start Preschool/Early Head Start programs for children ages 5 and under and pregnant mothers, employment counseling for youth and adults, emergency food pantry, transportation, and emergency assistance.
