NEW YORK STATE RESILIENT AND READY HOME REPAIR PROGRAM | LONG ISLAND HOUSING PARTNERSHIP
**Program opens on September 17, 2024 and closes at 5:00pm on October 7, 2024** Long Island Housing Partnership, Inc. (LIHP) invites homeowners with direct damages sustained as a result of severe storms and flooding in Nassau and Suffolk Counties on August 18, 2024 and August 19, 2024 to apply to The New York State Resilient and Ready Home Repair Grant Program. The program is being funded through the New York State Housing Trust Fund Corporation ("NYSHTFC") to assist homeowners with direct damages sustained as a result of severe storms and flooding in Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

Homeowners with direct damages sustained as a result of severe storms and flooding in Nassau and Suffolk Counties on August 18, 2024 and August 19, 2024. The program is being funded through the New York State Housing Trust Fund Corporation ("NYSHTFC") to assist homeowners with direct damages sustained as a result of severe storms and flooding in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. The maximum grant available is $50,000. Income Eligibility for Long Island Storm Home Repair Program: 150% of County Area Median Income based on household size (see chart on website). Funds are limited and will be available on a first-come first-served basis until funds are exhausted.
