Provides 24-hr support and information lines; Emergency Domestic Violence Shelter; Rape Crisis & Sexual Assault Services; Legal Services; Elder Advocacy; Victim Advocacy (legal, medical, social system and short-term counseling); Youth Counseling; Pet Foster Care for domestic violence and/or sexual assault emergencies; Education & Accountability Program for men (primarily Onondaga County) who have been abusive. Primarily serves Onondaga County.
