Provide information to low income and/or ESL individuals about their Rights and Responsibilities as a Taxpayer. An individuals with tax issues such as audits, appeals, collections, innocent spouse relief and refunds are counseled and/or referred to a pro bono panel which consists of attorneys, certified public accountants and IRS Enrolled Agents.
