Adult SPOA: Must have eligible diagnosis and need. Child SPOA: Must have eligible diagnosis and need. Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT): Must meet legal criteria set forth in Mental Hygiene Law 9.60.

M-F 8:30AM-4:30PM.

The Oneida County Department of Mental Health provides administrative leadership to the planning, monitoring, and reviewing services for individuals with mental illness, substance use disorder, and intellectual and developmental disabilities. Does not provide any direct treatment or clinical services. The Department of Mental Health promotes education and encourages compliance with New York State Mental Hygiene Law.
