Provides a combination of prevention and treatment services for youth between 13 to 18 years of age who are using substances in collaboration with Behavioral Health Services North. Offers weekly group meetings, individual treatment and challenging outings, with the goal of developing strengthened skill building.

Coordinates and collaborates with local professionals and community to provide supports and services to address issues of mental health, substance abuse, disease prevention, treatment and recovery. Provides prevention eduation and programs to schools and the community as well as mental health and sbustance abuse awareness training for adults.
