Freshman and sophomore students enrolled in Oswego County schools
Hours
Administrative hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM Program hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 2 PM
Application process
Applications can be obtained at the Youth Bureau office and in all Oswego County high school guidance departments Applications due in the Spring to be considered for the following school year's program Parent and school principal approval required Two scholarships per district provided by SUNY Oswego

Provides training for freshman and sophomores in Oswego County high schools who have an interest in gaining leadership skills, learning about Oswego County, and making a difference in their schools and communities. Offers workshops combining discussions and activities that prepare students for leadership opportunities in Oswego County schools, agencies, and other community service organizations.
