Eligibility

The organization's primary purpose must be to assist people who are low-income, elderly, disabled or otherwise disadvantaged; Organization's annual budget must not exceed $250,000; The organization must already be operating and performing services in the community (this can be as a voluntary group, club, or a project sponsored by another organization -- you do not have to already be incorporated); The organization must already have a board selected that is meeting regularly; and The organization must be providing services that are unique or different from other existing organizations.

Administrative hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM Program hours vary based on need call for details
