Eligibility
The organization's primary purpose must be to assist people who are low-income, elderly, disabled or otherwise disadvantaged;
Organization's annual budget must not exceed $250,000;
The organization must already be operating and performing services in the community (this can be as a voluntary group, club, or a project sponsored by another organization -- you do not have to already be incorporated);
The organization must already have a board selected that is meeting regularly; and
The organization must be providing services that are unique or different from other existing organizations.

Topics include divorce, eviction defense, family court issues, wills, estates, elder law issues, debt and consumer law (including student loan debt), health care directives, immigration law, LGBTQ legal issues, Veterans law, and non-profit advocacy.
