Day Habilitation services strive to enhance the quality of life through meaningful activities and social interactions. Services are designed to provide individualized assistance to persons who wish to acquire, maintain or improve life skills, to enable them to become and remain productive members of the community. Our site located at 701 Lenox Avenue no longer participates in the SNACK Program.
