Therapeutic Foster Care - Child and Family Services

Description

Provides intensive foster care services for children ages 0-21 who have severe social, emotional, and behavioral problems. Individualized treatment plans are designed to meet service needs and assist the child in building competency and social skills while living in a therapeutic foster home. Services are directed towards safe reunification of the child with their family or permanency through adoption if reunification is not possible. Therapeutic foster parents are provided with intensive support and training.
