Provides information and educational materials. Maintains a listing of support groups for those suffering from, or for family and friends of individuals suffering from heart disease or stroke. Current programs include community awareness, CVD and Stroke Risk Factor/Prevention information, educational information available through website, Physical Activity (Start! Heart Walk), Go Red for Woman (woman and heart disease), Healthier Generation (childhood obesity), Power to End Stroke - stroke education program and school site education programs for pre-k - senior high.
