First-come first-served Veteran Shuttle transportation to Syracuse Veterans Hospital Monday - Friday. Van (7 passengers; not accessible) leaves Binghamton at 10:00 am; leaves Syracuse at 2:30 pm and returns to Binghamton about 4:00 pm.
