Description
Provide a single point of entry into the long term care system, giving unbiased, comprehensive information to individuals inquiring about publicly and privately funded long term care options in their communities. Information on a full range of services will be provided to adults and children with disabilities requiring long term care, companionship, etc., regardless of their payment source.
