Description
A peer-driven program designed to assist individuals in finding their "spark of life" through support and encouragement from a trained peer guide. Together they work on a self-focused plan toward wellness and a healthy empowered life. Individuals will focus on personal strengths and interests, to connect and/or reconnect with the community which will align with their own personalized recovery journey.
