Provides an education specialist who serves on the PINS Diversion Team, which reviews and assesses. If the child has a school problem that requires further intervention, an education advocate will then negotiate, mediate or represent on the student's behalf.

Protects the legal rights of individuals with disabilities. Offers students solutions to problems such as discipline, truancy, suspensions, residency disputes, and inappropriate placements.
