Description
Offers breast cancer survivors the opportunity to meet one-on-one with certified breast cancer navigator. Assesses individual's emotional and educational needs. Provides information on breast health, treatment options and assists in making referrals to appropriate medical and community resources. Meets the first Wednesday of each month.
