Offers health services to women. Services includes HIV, Hepatitis C, and STI testing for at-risk women, short-term prevention case management services, group, and individual education about risk reduction.

Provides an array of support services to individuals affect by chronic diseases, including HIV/AIDS, diabetes, heart disease, obesity, asthma, substance abuse disorders, and serious mental illness, as well as nagivators to help individuals and businesses make health insurance decisions. Offers a Syringe Exchange, and provides a variety of prevention and sexual health services to individuals ranging from youth through adulthood. Coordinates a network of Q centers and offers safe places for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth, their families and allies and offers support groups and seeks to promote an inclusive community.
