Health Access Navigators in Ithaca and Tompkins County: help individuals sort through health insurance options available through the NY State of Health health insurance exchange website assist individuals in enrolling in a health insurance coverage assist Aged, Blind and Disabled individuals complete paper Medicaid applications for submission to their local DSS.
