Provides assistance for students with cerebral palsy or developmental disabilities, graduating from high school, to transition from school to adult services. Students are able to participate in Day Habilitation, Pre-vocational and/or Vocational Services programs as appropriate. Students learn of job training programs and are better informed of opportunities for employment after high school graduation.
