Description

Fuel Fund – is a program which provides financial assistance to those individuals and families who exceed the HEAP Income guidelines by 20%. Payments are made directly to home heating providers to help families overcome short-term financial hardships. We also provide case management as well as a referral to RECAP’s Weatherization program. NOTE: This program will ASSIST in applying for HEAP with application process.
