Description
Recruits lawyers who are interested in volunteering their time and expertise to help non-profit agencies with legal questions, guidance, and representation with experience in business/transactional legal issues, corporate, government, employment , contracts, real estate, tax, environmental, intellectual property, merger and dissolution, and internet/e-commerce. Workshops are offered to non-profits to educate on several topics relating to enhancement and launching of having non-profit legal services.
