Free Credit Counseling; Debt Management has one-time enrollment fee of $75 plus a monthly administrative fee equal to 15% of the monthly payment sent to creditors, but capped at $75/month. Free financial workshops and webinars; Set fee for Student Loan Counseling and Bankruptcy Certificate Services
