Expert cardiac team helps patients improve physically to reduce the risk of another cardiac event and prevent the occurrence and/or progression of cardiovascular disease. Medically supervised programs are tailored to improve current cardiac health. Physicians, exercise physiologists and registered nurses allow patients to safely participate in various physical activities. There is a focus on education and emotional support to help the patient maintain a healthy lifestyle and meet their personal health goals.
