Responds to public inquiries regarding human and civil rights issues. Offers referrals and explains pathways for individuals seeking redress, though we do not have regulatory authority over discrimination matters. Provides diversity training for all new employees.

Additionally, receives and review complaints for the Justice Center Oversight Committee (JCOC). Administers Minority Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) services to ensure compliance with MWBE standards on all county projects and oversees the MWBE certification process. The One Stop Shop provides a range of services and training for Minority Women Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises within the professional and construction industries.
