CORE Peer Navigator Project - Alliance for Rights & Recovery

CORE (Community Oriented Recovery & Empowerment) Peer Navigators help individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, and/or trauma related challenges by identifying goals and providing connections to community services and supports to help meet these goals. CORE Peer Navigators are individuals with lived experience in accessing these services, and can help clients reach their recovery goals more quickly. Peer Navigators support clients throughout the referral, engagement, and service delivery process.
