* Process passport applications and provides passport photos by appointment.* Files and certifies Veterans discharge papers.* Records all Land Documents such as deeds, mortgages, and survey maps.* Files Supreme Court documents, judgments, including divorce records.* Files Certificates of Business (both Sole Proprietors and Partnerships). We are the Notary Public Office for Cayuga County. We notarize documents and process Notary Public Renewals. Does not maintain birth, death or marriage records. Those are maintained by city or town clerks.
