Description

Provides education about the grief process, helps build healthy coping skills, and provides an opportunity to meet others who are experiencing loss. Meets on Wednesdays from 1:30 - 3:00 pm in Room 106 at the Senior Center

In addition, to being a Suffolk County Nutrition Site, we offer a wide variety of programs, events, activities, trips, volunteer opportunities, community clubs, resource referrals and support services. Our programs include a social model Adult Day Care, Caregiver Support and Respite, Residential Repair, Home Delivered Meals, and In-Home Services (EISEP).
