Provides caregivers with advice and counseling, information and resources, a lending library, help with care management, information on respite care and health insurance counseling, including community educational seminars. Also offers Chronic Disease Self-Management and Diabetes Self Management programs which train seniors and their caregivers better ways to manage their life-long condition.
