A partnership of hospitals, healthcare and government agencies and private and public organizations committed to the prevention and reduction of unintentional injuries in children ages 14 and under. Their goal is to make homes, schools and communities safe for children. Programs include National Safe Kids Week, Safe Kids Buckle Up Program, classroom instruction in injury prevention at Elementary, Middle School and High School Levels, Injury Prevention Education Day for Students, Car Seat/Passenger Safety/Injury Prevention, Parent Education Programs for PTA's, and Car Seat and Bicycle Helmet Education and Distribution Programs.
