Rehabilitative services offered to children ages birth to 5 years suspected or diagnosed with a developmental disability and/or delay, and offers education advocacy for preschool age children which help parents to learn about support services and educational options.

CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS (CSN) | WESTCHESTER COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH (WCDOH) - WHITE PLAINS ADMINISTRATION DIVISION

Provides a variety of health services including environmental, home health care, and services for children with special needs.  Offers STD, HIV and AIDS testing and counseling, and cancer screening referrals.  Offers the WIC nutrition program and provides referrals to other health and nutrition programs.
