Provides home health care services for seniors who prefer to stay at home through home health aides, personal care and skilled nursing visits. In addition telemedicine, a home-placed machines programmed to check vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, or glucose levels, then the information is transmitted to an ElderServe nurse. This allows staff to detect early warning signs in a change of health conditions.
