Whether through Individualized Residential Alternative, Certified Apartment Program, or Supportive Housing, each program is designed to meet individuals where they're at and help them build greater independence over time.From 24-hour care in a small community residence, offering regular staff support, or securing and furnishing an apartment, these programs focus on practical skill-building, health and medication management, budgeting, and strengthening connections to community life. More than housing, these services offer stability, structure, and encouragement to individuals so they can grow in confidence and maintain a place they are proud to call home.
