Men over 18 years old in recovery from substance use who are in need of structure and support for daily living; applicants should have had numerous unsuccessful attempts at recovery. Must be enrolled in a Medicaid managed care plan. Service Area: WNY.

Fees

Medicaid Managed Care, DSS, SSI/SSD, Congregate Care Level 2 domiciliary rate with a sliding fee scale; private pay is also an option.

Description

Provides residential rehabilitation services for men with substance use disorders. Services include on-site substance use and mental health counseling, basic medical care, meals, recreation, daily support, and self-help meetings. Program employs client-centered cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapies, along with motivational interviewing to help residents learn to cope with life experiences without relying on substance use. Utilizes trauma-informed care practices that seek to address each individual's past history or trauma and its effect on their lives.
