Provides patients with care following an acute care hospitalization, when the patient needs more time to recover from a surgery, illness or injury. Includes a private room, skilled nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, care management, respiratory therapy, nutritional counseling, activities and compassionate care.
