Legal and Mediation Services | Chemung County Probation Department

Provides supervision of juveniles and adults who have been sentenced to probation including electronic monitoring and overseeing restitution payments. Offers juvenile diversion counseling and programming. The department also prepares pre-sentence investigations/reports for criminal and family courts as ordered by the courts.
