OASAS licensed outpatient Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program providing methadone treatment for individuals diagnosed with opioid use disorder as well as individual counseling services and additional MAT options for individuals with other substance use disorders. Program delivers a comprehensive, person-centered approach to care, incorporating medical, clinical, and supportive services to promote recovery, improve overall functioning, and support long-term stability through integrated treatment and supportive services. Services include:
  • Comprehensive evaluation and assessment
  • Individualized treatment planning
  • Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
  • Individual and group counseling
  • Family integration and support services
  • General health monitoring and coordination of care
  • Referrals to community-based resources and additional services
Interpretation services available for languages other than English.
