Eligibility
Individuals with a primary substance abuse diagnoses, clean and sober at the time of referral and admission, and actively involved in an outpatient or intensive outpatient program

Administrative hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Services provided 24 Hours / 7 Days

Individuals who are self-referred or referrals from human service agencies, family member and employers

Provides a substance abuse recovery residence program for individuals with a substance abuse diagnoses. Focuses on Relapse Prevention planning which includes; individual and group counseling, tobacco recovery counseling, vocational planning, social/recreational activities, enhancement of communication, and life skills, and intense involvement with the recovery community (AA, NA, SLAA, CODA, OA, etc).
