Provides custodial parents with assistance in obtaining financial support and medical insurance coverage for their children by locating parents, establishing paternity, establishing support orders, and collecting and distributing child support payments.

Provides a full range of publicly funded social services and cash assistance programs. Subsidy is available to eligible families. Works with children, adults, and families to resolve issues and concerns of abuse, neglect, behavioral problems, etc., to ensure safety and wellbeing. Oversees Children's Services and Financial Programs including SNAP, Temporary Assistance, Emergency Assistance, HEAP, Medicaid, Foster Care, Adult Protective Services, Child Support and resources to assist in job searching.
