Youth ages 5 to 17 years who are in psychiatric crisis and are at risk of in patient hospitalization

Administrative hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Clinicians available 24 Hours / 7 Days

Provides an in-home crisis intervention service to families with youth ages 5 to 17 years for four to six weeks to assist with crisis management, improve family functioning, support families with tools to manage crisis situations, and by building upon the families' natural support systems to create more safety, and stability within the home.
