Eligibility
Individuals with disabilities that interfere with employment who require vocational rehabilitation. High school students who are transitioning to adult services are also served.
Hours
M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM.
Application process
Referrals through doctor, social worker, agencies, or self. Call for orientation dates and times.
Fees
Counseling, testing, placement: none. Medical services and some training: sliding scale based on income.
