Call for in-person appointment Mon-Thu 11am-4pm, beginning January 12, 2026.
Intake paper work will need to be filled in advance of appointment. The form can be picked up at the Bethany Lutheran Church (256 S Walnut St.) or the Office for the Aging (425 PA Ave.)
