Application process
Call for in-person appointment Mon-Thu 11am-4pm, beginning January 12, 2026. Intake paper work will need to be filled in advance of appointment. The form can be picked up at the Bethany Lutheran Church (256 S Walnut St.) or the Office for the Aging (425 PA Ave.)

Provides in person and virtual tax help to taxpayers. Volunteers are trained to prepare tax forms for New York income tax.
