Provides an interdisciplinary team of professionals to assist and support the patient and family helping them make the most of the time they have together, ensuring they live as comfortably and completely as they can. The staff are experts in pain management and palliative care. Services include physician visits, nursing, social work, dietary planning, bereavement counseling, pastoral care, assistance with medication and medical equipment.
