- Provides career and technical education programs for juniors and seniors in nine component districts. * Provides educational programs serving students with disabilities in local districts and on the BOCES campus. Family involvement is strongly encouraged and paraprofessional support is ongoing.* Provides a Special Education Training and Resource Center that offers information related to the education of children with disabilities.* Offers alternative education for students with behavioral and/or emotional challenges that interfere with mainstream education.
