Transported to Westhab's Project Connect unit for accessment to determine what assistance is needed.

Yonkers city, NY
Assist the unsheltered in Yonkers with community resources, entry point in pathway to services,. Help by transporting them to Department of Social Services, where they can apply for food stamps and medical or mental health services. They accept donations such as socks, hats, gloves, scarves. No acceptance of clothing (i.e., pants, shirts, undergarments) at this time.
