A 6-month program where convicted individuals have an opportunity to get help without going to jail or prison. This program must be completed in order for the individual to be set free of jail/prison time by doing a variety of services, such as community service, schooling, job training, alcohol/drug treatment, if applicable and intense counseling.

Provides services to all who are at-risk for incarceration, those currently incarcerated or formerly incarcerated to help become positive, contributing members of society, and supports successful prisoner re-entry and promotes alternatives such as believing in the power of individuals to change, helping rebuild their lives through service programs shaped by the needs and experiences of the clients, and through education and advocacy that works to rectify unjust and brutal criminal justice policies.
