COALITION FOR DISABLED MUSICIANS

CDM is a volunteer, non-profit, self-help organization that assists persons who are physically challenged in pursuing their musical dreams. Using adaptive techniques and equipment, CDM provides the opportunity to develop skills, perform and record music. Range of Motion, the popular rock and roll band has rehearsed regularly at the Coalition's disability accessible studio since 1986. TLC, a pop-duo group provides a softer performance, including some of the more standard music and lighter rock. All performances are custom designed for each occasion ranging from a disability awareness program in a school to large public concerts in the park. CDM also provides a National Referral Service, through the internet, connecting musicians around the country and the world.
