Free to students enrolled in PINS (Persons in Need of Supervision) Diversion, AFY (Alternatives for Youth), Suffolk Case OMH (Office of Mental Health) Management Nassau and Suffolk, Juvenile Prevention Program in Nassau, and HCBS0OMH (Home and Community Based Services-Office of Mental Health) in Nassau. All others sliding scale fee for representation.

Assists low income students in obtaining educational services to which they are legally entitled. Offers advice and representation at school related meetings, information and referral services, and training for students, parents, educators and other professionals.
