Provides for the purchase and installation of one air conditioner per dwelling not to exceed a certain amount or a fan to eligible households. Participating Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) vendor list can be obtained at DSS office. Client is responsible to maintain air conditioner including to remove, cover, store, and/or reinstall the unit or after vendor installation.
