Also offers foster care recruitment and training to provide safe, stable and loving families for the children in their care. Partners with the Children’s Health Home of Upstate New York (CHHUNY) on its Health Homes Serving Children initiative – providing Medicaid-funded family-driven care management for eligible children who have experienced complex trauma, or who must deal with physical and/or behavioral health issues.
